We as well follow up with all parties to ensure a smooth paperwork process is dully completed as required.

  • Stamp duty and transfer fees

After paying the sale price for the land in question, the purchaser pays for the required stamp duty at the respective county land office. We assist our clients to ensure the stamp duty is paid. The transfer fees are also borne by the purchaser unless otherwise negotiated or offered in the sale price. This is paid to ensure the title deed is formally registered in the purchaser’s name.
